Do you have a Video Marketing Strategy in place?
As we press on into 2012, we continue to see a staggering demand for on-line video;
  • According to Online Publishers Association (OPA) in 2010, 35 hours of video was uploaded every minute to Youtube.
  • In addition, did you know that YouTube mobile receives more than 100 million views a day?!
  • A research by found on some of the sites they surveyed that shoppers were 144% more likely to add a product to their cart after viewing a product video.
  • Did you also know that Video E-mail messages generate 2-3x higher click-thru rates compared to static E-mails?
You should be taking advantage of this trend by having in place a ‘Video Marketing Strategy’, if you do not already have one in place.

Canon announcement on Nov 3rd
For all the techie people reading this, Canon are set to make an ‘historic’ announcement on November 3rd in Hollywood, CA.

We’d like to hear that it’s a Canon 5D Mk 3. We have used HDSLRs like the 5D, 7D and 60D on a large number of our productions and love the results. The 5D with its full size 35mm sensor is just fantastic with a good lens in front of it.
A 5D Mk 3 that irons out some of the camera’s shortcomings for videography will be quite a revelation. Watch this space, though that said, it may be an announcement that has nothing to do with this, and its ink cartridges that never run out!!     : )

Meet our resident In house Producer/ Director - Andy Kelleher.
Andy has been in the film business for over 15 years with background in drama and documentary.

This year has been a busy year for Andy. A number of his project this year includes a drama feature currently shortlisted by the high profile ‘microwave’ scheme, a recently commissioned documentary by BBC for 2012, not to mentioned a couple of short dramas that is currently going in production.

Our most recent documentaries out on DVD and Bluray!
We just completed a couple of in depth documentaries about David Leland’s excellent quartet of television films from 1981, Tales out of School.
These films are really a high point of British tv broadcasting and featured directors such as Alan Clarke and Mike Newell.
One 40 minute film involved an extensive interview with the films writer David Leland (Wish You Were Here) & its producer Margaret Matheson (Scum).
The other film was a half hour long and specifically about Alan Clarke and the making of Made In Britain and featured insightful interviews with actors, writers and colleagues that worked with Clarke.
Alan Clarke’s classic film starring Tim Roth still stands out but the other 3 films are equally excellent in their own right. Hopefully this release should go down well with viewers.
The films are now available for sale on both Bluray and DVD.
